Questions, answered
Is there really no upfront cost?
Correct. There is no build fee, no design deposit and no setup charge. Your first payment is your first month.
What's the catch with the 24-month term?
There isn't one — it's simply how we cover the cost of building your site without charging you upfront. Instead of paying several thousand dollars on day one, that cost is spread across the term. You are committing to stay with us for two years, not to a hidden fee.
Who owns the domain?
You do. Your domain is registered in your name from day one and is your asset. We manage it during the term, then hand full control to you.
What happens after 24 months?
The plan continues month to month at a reduced rate, or you can take the site and hosting with you. It's yours either way.
What counts as an “update”?
New photos, text changes, a new page, updated hours, a new review, a price change. Anything that keeps your site current. Larger work — a full redesign, an online store added to an existing site — is quoted separately, always in writing before we start.
How fast can it be live?
Usually two to three weeks from when we have your content. You'll see a first draft in about a week.
I already have a domain and a website. Can you move it?
Yes. We migrate your existing content and point your domain at our hosting. Nothing goes offline during the switch.
Do I need to provide photos and a logo?
Your own photos always perform better, so we'll ask for them. If you don't have them, we can use licensed images, and we can design a logo as an add-on.
Can I cancel?
The plan runs for a minimum of 24 months. If your circumstances genuinely change, talk to us — we'd rather find a solution than hold anyone to something that isn't working.
