We rebuilt from scratch using Next.js with static generation, integrated Sanity CMS so the client owns their content, and built a custom lead capture flow tied to their CRM.

Within 90 days of launch: 40% increase in qualified leads, average session duration tripled, and the site now scores 98/100 on Google Lighthouse. The client updates the site themselves.
