TrademarkRite, founded by an expert trademark paralegal with over 12 years of experience, needed a digital platform that bridged the gap between expensive law firms and risky, automated DIY filing services. The goal was to build a highly professional, trust-building website paired with an intelligent intake process. We developed a comprehensive web platform centered around a heavily customized Tidio AI chatbot. This system handles complex initial consultations, triaging users seamlessly from their first inquiry to specialized intake forms based on their specific trademark needs—whether it's clearance searches, USPTO filing, or Amazon Brand Registry.
01The Challenge
The client required a site that established deep credibility—avoiding "law firm heavy" jargon while capturing highly qualified leads. The major technical hurdle was designing a multi-step, friction-free intake system. We needed to automate initial client queries, capture precise legal data (like mark types and product classes), and seamlessly hand off that data to a consolidated intake form without making the user repeat themselves. Furthermore, the bot's logic needed to dynamically flag high-priority leads (like urgent Amazon sellers) for immediate review.

We rebuilt the core site architecture, focusing on a clean, trust-focused design with clear, transparent service packages. For the technical centerpiece, we engineered a sophisticated set of Tidio AI chatbot flows tailored specifically to trademark services. We programmed the bot to intelligently triage users based on urgency and service type, using a refined, professional, and conversational tone. We then wired this chatbot directly into a simplified, two-step intake ecosystem, ensuring high-priority leads were instantly flagged and routed without administrative bottlenecks.
03The Outcome
TrademarkRite now operates with a powerful, 24/7 automated lead generation engine. The seamless integration between the website, the custom Tidio chatbot, and the intake forms drastically reduced administrative friction. The founder now spends her time exclusively on highly qualified, structured leads, while prospective clients receive an immediate, professional, and guided user experience from the moment they land on the site.
